Job Title: Accounts Executive (Zoho Books)

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting using Zoho Books.
- Record purchase and sales invoices accurately.
- Prepare GST-compliant invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Record receipts and payments.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Reconcile customer outstanding balances.
- Track supplier payments and due dates.
- Assist in monthly and yearly book closing.
- Prepare basic MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and digital records.
- Assist in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Support management with financial data and reports as required.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books (preferred).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoicing.
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:
- Automotive spare parts industry
- Distribution or trading business
- Inventory accounting
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Inventory
- Tally Prime
