Muthoot Honda, Pathanamthitta is hiring a Call Center Executive to handle customer communication and follow-up activities.
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Service reminder calls and feedback collection
Maintaining customer database and call records
Coordinating with sales and service team
Resolving basic customer queries politely and professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / customer service preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage)
Salary: As per company standards

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
