DevOps Engineer – Intern

About Us
We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated DevOps Intern to assist our engineering team in automating infrastructure and improving deployment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Help manage infrastructure with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform (under guidance).
- Support in automating routine development, build, and deployment tasks.
- Work with developers to ensure smooth deployments and rollback strategies.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure with basic observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
- Learn and apply DevOps best practices including version control, containerization, and scripting.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Linux, shell scripting, and version control (Git).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes is a bonus—not mandatory.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced DevOps/CloudOps environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with a personal or academic project using DevOps tools.
- Participation in open-source or hackathon projects.
