The Senior Manager - EB/NON-EB, Engineering Insurance will be responsible for managing and growing the non-motor insurance portfolio, including property, marine, engineering, liability, and other general insurance products. The role involves strategic planning, business development, relationship management, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Portfolio Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the non-motor insurance portfolio.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Work closely with agents, and direct clients to increase market penetration.
- Ensure profitability and growth of the non-motor insurance segment.
- Ability to convert leads provided, with confidence and quick learner.
2. Customer Service:
- Work closely with the claims team to minimize fraud and ensure fair claim handling.
- Address customer grievances and provide effective solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
- 1-5 years of experience in non-motor general insurance
- Strong knowledge of non-motor insurance products, underwriting, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
