We are looking for a Senior PPC / Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and app-focused campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in driving app installs, app sales, and ROI-focused paid campaigns, including TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Merchant Center, Shopping Ads Display Ads and PMax Campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for:App installs & in-app conversions

Manage and scale:Google App Campaigns (UAC - automated Google Ads campaigns)Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max campaigns

Meta App Install & Conversion campaigns
-
Handle Google Merchant Center setup, account suspension, feed optimization, and issue resolution
-
Optimize campaigns based on CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
-
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies

Monitor budgets and ensure efficient spend across platforms

Track and analyze performance using GTM, GA4, Firebase, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager

Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients/stakeholders
Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads

Strong experience in App Install & App Conversion campaigns

Proven expertise with Google Merchant Center & Shopping Ads

Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Firebase, Tag Manager

Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Experience managing multiple campaigns/clients simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with app-based businesses, e-commerce, or performance agencies

Knowledge of ASO fundamentals is a plus

Familiarity with automation, scripts, and AI-driven bidding strategies
