Position : Business Development Manager (BDM) – Banking

Key Responsibilities
- Drive field sales for banking products (CASA, savings accounts, current accounts, etc.).
- Generate new business by opening bank accounts and onboarding customers.
- Ensure KYC compliance and accurate documentation for all new accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for CASA and other banking products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance branch growth.
- Conduct market visits, identify potential customers, and convert leads.
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure smooth account opening and service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in banking product sales (CASA, accounts, deposits, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of KYC norms and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to work in field sales with branch allocation near residence.
