Job Description
As a Tour Sales Executive – Vietnam, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell customized Vietnam tour packages to potential clients. You will play a key role in generating business, converting leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customers receive expert travel guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads for Vietnam travel packages.
- Design and offer customized Vietnam itineraries based on client requirements and budgets.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand clients’ travel preferences and provide expert recommendations on destinations, hotels, activities, and packages.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate packages to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of tour services.
- Stay updated with Vietnam destinations, hotels, activities, travel trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in the tourism/travel industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Vietnam destinations and travel packages will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-driven attitude with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of travel packages, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in travel may also be considered.
