Job Summary :
Prostarm Info Systems Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell BFSI products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for field sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Visit assigned leads and prospective customers provided by the company.
- Promote BFSI products and explain their features and benefits to customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations as required.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC or Graduate can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Experience in BFSI sales will be an added advantage.
