Job Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and multi-tasking Accounts, Tender & Office Administration Executive who can independently manage accounts, statutory compliances, tendering work, and day-to-day office administration. The role demands accuracy, coordination, and strong ownership of work.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Accounts & Finance
- Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software
- Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- GST compliance:
- GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation
- Handling GST notices and coordination with CA
- TDS calculation and return compliance
- Invoice preparation (Tax & Proforma invoices)
- Tracking receivables and payables
- Coordination for audit, balance sheet finalization, and statutory compliance
- Maintaining proper financial records and documentation
B. Tender Management
- Searching and monitoring Government / PSU / Private tenders
- CPP Portal, GeM, State & PSU portals
- Studying tender documents (NIT, BOQ, eligibility, terms & conditions)
- Preparing and compiling tender documents:
- Eligibility documents
- Technical & financial bids
- EMD / BG coordination
- Online tender submission and post-bid follow-ups
- Maintaining tender trackers, MIS, and records
- Tracking corrigendums, clarifications, and submission timelines
C. Office Administration & Coordination
- Day-to-day office administrative work
- Maintaining office files, records, and registers
- Vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Handling email communication, phone coordination, and document circulation
- Supporting HR-related admin work:
- Attendance records
- Salary data coordination
- Joining & exit documentation
- Coordination with site teams for documents, bills, and reports
- Ensuring proper document filing (physical & digital)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com preferred)
- Working knowledge of:
- GST, TDS, basic accounting
- Tally / accounting software
- MS Excel, Word, email
- Prior experience in tender handling preferred
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Experience in government contracting / EPC / horticulture / infrastructure sector
- Familiarity with GeM Portal
- Experience in office administration in a growing company setup
Salary
- ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
(Negotiable based on experience and capability)
