Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and contact potential clients through field prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct face-to-face presentations and practical product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Deal Negotiation: Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Territory Management: Plan daily travel routes to maximize market coverage and ensure efficient client visits.
- Client Retention: Build long-term partnerships by addressing client queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Own bike owner preferred
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or customer service.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Soft Skills: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the assigned region
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
