Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and office operations.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record management.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
Pay: ₹9,817.95 - ₹27,589.57 per month
