Responsibilities:
1. Monitor political developments, electoral trends, and key zonal-level issues and insights.
2. Conduct field visits, interviews, surveys, and interactions with voters, local influencers, community members, and other stakeholders.
3. Engage with grassroots networks and local stakeholders to collect qualitative and quantitative information.
4. Prepare concise reports and present actionable insights and recommendations based on field research.
5. Support political research, campaign strategy, governance projects, and other consulting assignments as required.
Requirement:
1. 2-5 years of experience in political consulting, field research, public policy, governance, or related domains.
2. Strong communication, analytical, research, and stakeholder-management skills.
3. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone and work closely with grassroots stakeholders.
4. Knowledge of the local geography, political landscape, and language will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
