Dual-Track Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both white-collar professionals (engineers, project managers, architects) and blue-collar labor (technicians, operators, site workers).
Vendor Management: Coordinate with labor contractors, third-party staffing agencies, and headhunters to fulfill urgent on-site workforce demands.
Site Induction: Conduct safety-oriented onboarding programs, verifying credentials, medical clearances, and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance before site deployment.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building and construction workers' welfare regulations, trade union contracts, and local labor codes.
Conflict Resolution: Actively mediate disputes, grievances, and behavioral issues arising between subcontractors, laborers, and site supervisors.
Payroll Processing: Collate attendance data, variable site allowances, bonuses, and deductibles to ensure precise monthly wage payouts.
Technical Skills:- Advance Excel, HRM Softwares like Keka
