About the Program
We are looking for ambitious MBA students and recent MBA graduates to join our Management Trainee Program. This is a structured 3-month internship-to-hire opportunity designed to identify and develop future business leaders through real-world projects, mentorship, and hands-on business exposure.
Successful candidates will work on live assignments, receive continuous coaching from business leaders, and be evaluated for conversion into a full-time Management Trainee role.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned track, trainees will:
Sales Consultant
- Engage with prospective customers through calls and consultations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Follow up on leads and manage conversion pipelines
- Support enrollment and revenue generation activities
- Develop customer relationship management skills
Digital Marketing
- Support digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports
- Assist with lead generation and funnel management
- Coordinate content and marketing initiatives
- Track KPIs and prepare dashboards
Marketing
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support customer outreach and engagement initiatives
- Assist in campaign planning and execution
- Analyze customer and market trends
- Prepare reports and business insights
Business Analysis / Consulting
- Conduct business and industry research
- Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities
- Support process reviews and problem-solving initiatives
- Prepare presentations and recommendations
- Assist in strategic and operational projects
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- MBA students in their final semester or recent MBA graduates
- Specialization in Sales, Marketing, Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Operations, or related disciplines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assignments
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience
- Participation in case competitions, live projects, consulting assignments, or business research projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business presentation tools
