- Develop and implement export strategies to increase international sales
- Identify and explore new overseas markets and business opportunities
- Manage end-to-end export operations (documentation, logistics, shipping)
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export policies
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely order execution
- Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and LC (Letter of Credit)
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with global buyers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or customer complaints
