- Prepare and adhere sales plan as per customer scheduling
- Customer co-ordination for daily trigger and follow dispatches
- Track the status of delivery and update, share delivery adherance sheet
- Dispatch material packaging as per std
- Ensure no any wrong / short qty supply
- Billing instruction given to accounts and follow SOP
- Ensure monthly GRN RECO for receivable
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, and any other relevant information
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch and delivery
