Job Description: Factory Supervisor – Retail Fit-out & Exhibition Stands
Job Overview
Altitude Marketing LLP is seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Factory Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing and fabrication of retail marketing fit-outs, permanent fixtures, promotional displays, and custom exhibition stands. Based at our Delhi facility, you will manage daily workshop operations, lead a team of skilled technicians, and enforce strict material control from raw intake to final dispatch. Your goal is to ensure all production meets high aesthetic standards, tight event and launch timelines, and minimal material waste.

Compensation & Location

- Location: Delhi (Delhi-NCR)
- Salary: ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,00,000 per annum (depending on skill level)
- Working Hours: Standard shifts; flexibility for overtime is required during urgent project deliveries or strict exhibition deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Team Leadership
- Workflow Management: Oversee daily fabrication processes including carpentry, metalwork, acrylic fabrication, and paint finishing.
- Team Supervision: Schedule, assign tasks, and motivate workshop technicians, carpenters, and machine operators.
- Timeline Enforcement: Ensure all retail units and exhibition stand structures are completed on time for scheduled store installations and trade show builds.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict workshop safety protocols and correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Strict Material & Inventory Control
- Incoming Inspection: Verify all delivered raw materials against purchase orders for exact quantities, specifications, and quality.
- Usage Tracking: Implement and maintain strict Microsoft Excel log systems to monitor raw material release to the factory floor per project.
- Wastage Control: Measure, record, and analyze scrap material in Excel to minimize yield loss during cutting and fabrication phases.
- Outgoing Verification: Audit and check all finished fit-out units and exhibition components against packing lists before dispatch to prevent delivery errors.
- Reconciliation Reporting: Conduct weekly physical stock counts to match actual inventory with your digital Excel ledger records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience & Education: Open to all profiles. Formal educational degrees or a mandatory number of years are not required. Strong, proven hands-on knowledge of workshop operations is what matters most.
- Joining Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Software Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for logging inventory data, tracking material usage, and recording waste.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of woodworking, metal fabrication, CNC routing, or finishing techniques.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret 2D production drawings and assembly layouts.
- Inventory Discipline: Honest and disciplined approach to tracking material weight, count, and wastage.
- Soft Skills: Natural leadership ability to handle workforce ground realities, manage tight deadlines, and work under high-pressure project timelines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
