1. Contact for customers across social platforms, ensuring quick, friendly, and helpful responses
2. Manage and monitor incoming queries across multiple channels, maintaining a consistent brand tone
3. Keep a close eye on order journeys from placement to delivery, ensuring a smooth experience for every customer
4. Identify and act on orders that need attention (delivery delays, returns, or exceptions) and proactively resolve them
5. Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners to ensure timely updates and successful deliveries
6. Support seamless order processing by tracking dispatches and resolving any fulfillment gaps
7. Follow up with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction and reduce cancellations or returns
8. Maintain accurate tracking of customer interactions and order statuses for better visibility
