Job Description: Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive
Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing
About the Role:
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in reputation management, social listening, customer engagement, and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage Flicka Cosmetics’ online reputation across social media platforms, Google reviews, marketplaces, and other digital channels.
Track brand mentions, customer feedback, reviews, and conversations using ORM/social listening tools.
Develop strategies to improve brand perception and maintain a positive online presence.
Respond professionally to customer reviews, complaints, and queries across platforms.
Identify negative trends and create action plans to manage potential reputation risks.
Manage review generation strategies to increase positive customer feedback.
Analyze & Prepare ORM performance reports.
Handle crisis communication and escalation management when required.
Stay updated with digital trends, customer behavior, and online reputation practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–4 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google reviews, e-commerce reviews, and customer engagement.
Experience with ORM tools, social listening tools, and analytics reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or D2C industry will be preferred.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Relevant experience in ORM, digital marketing, or brand management.
