Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Affiliate Marketing Executive to support and help scale our affiliate marketing channel. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate early in their career to build hands-on expertise in affiliate/partnership marketing within the NBFC and Fintech domain, working closely with senior team members on affiliate onboarding, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding and coordinating with affiliates, publishers, and third-party aggregator networks.
- Support day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns to help drive traffic, leads, and disbursements.
- Track and maintain affiliate performance data including traffic, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on affiliate channel performance for the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with affiliates to resolve day-to-day queries related to tracking, creatives, and payouts.
- Assist in ensuring affiliate activities comply with NBFC/regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Liaise with the performance marketing team to align affiliate efforts with broader campaign goals.
- Support research on new affiliate platforms, publishers, and potential partnership opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Partnership Marketing; exposure to NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics – CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI. Good communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data/spreadsheets.
- Eagerness to learn affiliate tracking platforms and fraud-control practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with affiliate tracking tools is an added advantage.
Working Hours and Days
- Full Time: Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M
