Job Responsibilities-
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and industry thought leaders.
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, target audiences, and emerging influencers.
- Generate creative campaign ideas and assist in developing engaging content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and influencer marketing best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong network of influencers and content creators is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent content planning abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
