We’re Hiring: SEO Executive (Advanced Level)
We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Executive who can plan, execute, and scale organic growth strategies for multiple clients across industries including real estate, hospitality, healthcare, e-commerce, and more.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and data-driven optimization, along with hands-on experience in handling multi-client agency workflows.
Experience:
1–2 years of relevant SEO experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop custom SEO strategies based on business goals
- Perform competitor analysis & market research
- Build topical authority & content clusters
- Plan 3–6 month organic growth roadmaps
2. Technical SEO
- Conduct complete website audits (crawlability, indexing, rendering)
- Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
- Improve page speed & mobile usability
- Manage sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization
- Implement schema markup
- Handle JavaScript SEO & fix crawl errors
3. On-Page SEO
- Optimize meta tags & content structure
- Build internal linking strategies
- Implement semantic SEO & search intent mapping
- Improve E-E-A-T signals
4. Content Strategy
- Create SEO content calendars
- Guide writers with SEO briefs & keyword strategy
- Optimize for featured snippets & zero-click searches
- Plan pillar pages & clusters
5. Off-Page SEO
- Build high-quality backlinks (guest posts, PR, niche edits)
- Manage citations & listings
- Monitor backlink profile
6. Local SEO
- Optimize Google Business Profile
- Improve local rankings & map visibility
- Manage reviews & reputation
- Create location-based pages
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance via GA4 & Search Console
- Monitor traffic, rankings & conversions
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
8. AI & Modern SEO
- Use AI tools for content & keyword clustering
- Implement automation & programmatic SEO
- Optimize for voice search & AI-driven search
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Technical & On-Page SEO
- Hands-on with Ahrefs / SEMrush / GSC / GA4 / Screaming Frog
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & website structure
- Agency experience preferred
Bonus Skills
- Experience with WordPress / Shopify / Custom websites
- Knowledge of CRO & paid ads
- Familiarity with schema & automation tools
