Contract & Vendor Management
- Negotiations: Overseeing the negotiation and finalization of contracts with clients, customers, and suppliers.
- Risk Mitigation: Assessing commercial risks in contracts and ensuring all parties comply with legal regulations and service-level commitments.
- Dispute Resolution: Addressing and resolving any commercial or contractual issues that arise during project execution.
Business Growth & Strategy
- Tendering & Bidding: Developing competitive proposals, bids, and tenders to win new business. [1, 2]
- Market Expansion: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, or entering new markets.
- Client Relations: Nurturing relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and generate opportunities for contract renewals or extensions.
Operations & Leadership
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, finance, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure commercial goals align with overall company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring the commercial team, tracking their KPIs, and motivating them to meet revenue targets.
- Performance Reporting: Analyzing sales and financial data to report on business metrics and provide insights to senior management
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
