Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and responsible Logistics Coordinator for the night shift. The candidate will manage real-time transport operations, coordinate with drivers and clients, and ensure smooth execution of trips during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage live vehicle movement during night shift
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and clients for dispatch & delivery updates
- Handle trip planning, route tracking, and issue resolution
- Maintain records of trips, POD, delays, and exceptions
- Update data in ERP/Excel and prepare shift reports
- Ensure timely loading/unloading and delivery completion
- Handle emergency situations and escalate when required
- Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of logistics operations and transport processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure during night operations
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent
- Working Hours: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
