Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Manager with 2+ years of sales experience to lead showroom operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an attractive showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist customers with product selection and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain showroom displays.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure smooth showroom operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in showroom or retail sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS systems preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
