Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email marketing, and social media.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities using CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
- Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports to management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Confidence in client presentations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong learning attitude may also apply.
