Core Responsibilities
- Inventory Promotion: Create and manage online listings for new and pre-owned vehicles, utilizing platforms like Indeed for recruitment benchmarking.
- Lead Generation: Build and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and paid social media campaigns (Google Ads & Meta) targeting local in-market car buyers.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging digital content such as vehicle walk-around videos, reels, and high-quality photography for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
- Social Media Management: Actively maintain and grow dealership social media accounts, responding to comments, direct messages, and online reviews.
- SEO & Website Maintenance: Optimize the dealership website so it ranks well when locals search for car models, service centers, or financing deals.
- Email Marketing: Design and send targeted email campaigns featuring seasonal sales events, service discounts, and special offers to existing CRM databases.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key digital marketing metrics (traffic, cost-per-lead, conversion rates) and prepare regular reports to evaluate return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the automotive market, buyer journeys, and dealership dynamics (sales, parts, and service).
- Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, combined with 2–5 years of digital marketing experience.
