This role is responsible for leading end-to-end execution of large-scale technology transition programs for GCC setups and expansions. The individual will work closely with executive leadership to define transition strategies, ensure delivery excellence, and build sustainable capabilities within GCC teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technology transition programs for GCC setups and expansions.

Collaborate closely with Engagement Leaders and executive leadership, including the CEO, to align transition strategies with business goals.

Define and drive transition roadmaps, governance structures, and delivery frameworks.

Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, and platform teams.

Ensure seamless migration and transition of applications, platforms, and technology services from global locations to GCCs.

Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across multiple workstreams.

Establish strong program governance, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs for transition success.

Drive stakeholder communication across global clients, internal leadership, and delivery teams.

Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

Champion best practices in technology transformation, cloud adoption, and modernization.

Enable knowledge transfer frameworks and ensure capability building within GCC teams.

Support pre-sales or solutioning discussions for new GCC transition opportunities when required.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum are a plus.

Proven experience in large-scale GCC setups or technology transition programs.
