Job Description:
We are hiring a Client Support Executive to work from our Vadodara office, supporting a Buyers Agent based in Australia. This is an international process role requiring strong communication skills, client coordination, and real estate/property research support.
You will act as the remote back-office support for the Australian buyers' agent — handling client communication, property research, CRM updates, and day-to-day coordination so the agent can focus on client-facing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Australian clients via email, phone, and CRM tools on behalf of the buyers' agent
- Conduct property research — market data, comparable sales, listing details, and appraisal support
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) with accurate client and property data
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and manage the buyers' agent's calendar
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for client meetings
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with Australian clients in a professional, clear manner
- Ensure timely follow-up and excellent client service throughout the property buying process
Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Prior experience in international voice/non-voice process, client support, or customer service
- Comfortable working Australian business hours / night shift
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software
- Strong research and data accuracy skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously
