We have an urgent opening with one of our reputed clients, a rapidly growing Courier & Logistics Company, for the position of Telecaller.
Position: Telecaller
Location: Palarivattom, Ernakulam
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding courier and logistics services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update call reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
