Hiring: B2B Sales / SDR (Outbound) | Gurgaon We’re looking for someone who can own outbound end-to-end — from identifying accounts to booking high-quality meetings. What You’ll Do
● Run daily outbound (calls, emails, LinkedIn) with high consistency
● Work on a named-account list with structured sequencing & personalization
● Book qualified meetings with context (not just calendar spam)
● Build strong account POVs (company, persona, pain, relevance)
● Multithread across stakeholders within accounts
● Maintain clean CRM hygiene and collaborate closely with AEs Must-Haves
● 1–3 years in B2B outbound sales
● Proven track record of booking meetings via cold outreach
● Hands-on with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM
● Strong written + verbal communication
● Based in Gurgaon / open to relocate (3 days office) What We Value
