About the Role:
As the Strategic Projects Manager, you will work directly with the CEO to drive critical business initiatives across departments.
You will be responsible for ensuring that priorities are executed on time, stakeholders remain aligned, and business objectives are translated into actionable plans.
This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes complete ownership, influences stakeholders, and ensures execution without requiring constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic projects from planning through execution.
- Partner with department heads to ensure timely delivery of business priorities.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Conduct regular project review meetings.
- Prepare executive dashboards and progress reports.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Build project management frameworks and execution systems.
- Ensure CEO priorities are executed with speed and accuracy.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance business performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Founder’s Office roles.
- Proven ability to independently manage high-impact projects.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence teams without formal authority.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.
