Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, and networking.
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
Attend meetings, training sessions, and sales events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.
Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
