We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Incharge to oversee and manage all maintenance activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and maintain proper documentation.
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians and support staff.
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Prepare maintenance reports and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- 6–8 years of experience in maintenance operations.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage maintenance teams and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.51 - ₹35,000.11 per month
