Roles & Responsibilities
● Responsible for - sales activities including lead generation, new business development, and
revenue growth while meeting profitability goals.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and
engaging with key decision-makers.
● Handle client communication such as pitches, presentations, emails, calls, and regular
follow-ups.
● Coordinate internal sales communication including sales planning, forecasting, and monthly
performance reporting.
● Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections to support healthy cash flow.
● Work closely with the operations team to ensure service commitments and delivery
timelines are met.
● Prepare customized sales plans and solutions based on customer requirements.
● Maintain efficient sales processes and high service quality standards.
● Conduct basic market research to track competitors, industry trends, and identify
● new business opportunities.
Who Should Apply
● Graduates or Postgraduates (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields).
● Candidates with understanding of CRM, client onboarding, negotiation, and customer
retention strategies.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client interaction.
● Prior exposure to sales or customer service is preferred (not mandatory).
● Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital platforms.
● Organized and detail-oriented individuals capable of managing multiple priorities.
● Analytical thinkers with strong problem-solving ability.
● Team players who can coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
