We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to communicate with prospective and existing customers over the phone. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, providing information about services, and maintaining accurate call records. Strong communication skills and a polite phone manner are essential.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers as per provided data
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products or services clearly and professionally
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines where applicable
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups
- Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the relevant team
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
