We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong understanding of financial management, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the financial reporting process, including month-end and year-end closings.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds are available for business operations.
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and ensure the timely completion of audits.
- Prepare financial reports for senior management and the board of directors.
- Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.
