Experience Required
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales (Motor Insurance).
- Experience in motor insurance, commercial vehicle insurance, heavy equipment insurance, and general insurance will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new insurance business for the company.
- Sell motor insurance for cars, commercial vehicles, excavators, loaders, tippers, breakers, and other construction & mining equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, fleet owners, contractors, transporters, and businesses.
- Prepare insurance quotations and explain policy coverage to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claim assistance.
- Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and submit daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for documentation and policy processing.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of motor insurance and general insurance products.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence will be an advantage.
