Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented PGT Mathematics Teacher to train students in the NEET/JEE Foundation Program. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to simplify mathematical concepts while preparing students for competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to students of Classes VI to X under the NEET/JEE Foundation Program.
- Build strong conceptual understanding in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Mensuration, Number Systems, and Logical Reasoning.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the foundation curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments, worksheets, quizzes, and mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing, remedial, and enrichment sessions.
- Mentor students in problem-solving techniques, analytical thinking, and exam strategies.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with school authorities and academic coordinators for smooth program implementation.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, workshops, and curriculum development activities.
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly learning environment.
Qualification
- M.Sc. Mathematics / Applied Mathematics (Preferred)
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Candidates with a strong Mathematics background and excellent teaching aptitude may also apply.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge are welcome.
- Experience in CBSE/State Board or NEET/JEE Foundation coaching will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach using activity-based and concept-oriented methods.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
