Job Summary
IndusViva Health Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen and expand its retail distribution network across North India. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, recruit, onboard and support Direct Sellers/Distributors while promoting the company's health and wellness products and business opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify potential markets, business opportunities and prospective Direct Sellers/Distributors within the assigned territory.
* Recruit, onboard and develop new Direct Sellers/Distributors in line with the company's business growth objectives.
* Conduct regular field visits to identify and engage prospective entrepreneurs and channel partners.
* Promote IndusViva's health and wellness product portfolio and business model through presentations, demonstrations and one-on-one meetings.
* Build, nurture and maintain long-term relationships with Business Associates.
* Organize and coordinate business opportunity meetings, product awareness sessions, training programs and recruitment drives.
* Provide continuous guidance and business support to Business Associates to enhance productivity and business growth.
* Achieve monthly recruitment, activation and business development targets assigned by the management.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly activity and performance reports.
* Coordinate with internal departments such as Customer Support, Logistics, Finance, and Compliance to ensure seamless business operations.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism and uphold the company's values while representing the organization in the field.
Eligibility Criteria
* MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or an equivalent discipline.
Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Channel Sales, Direct Selling, FMCG, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, Banking Sales or Retail Network Development.
Language Proficiency
* Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
* Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.

Ability to influence and convert prospective business partners.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal support.
Budget: INR: 40 to 50 K CTC
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
