Key Skills
- Credit risk assessment (4Cs)
- Income calculation (Salaried & Self-Employed)
- Bank Statement & Full Doc underwriting
- DSCR knowledge preferred
- Review of appraisals, title, lien position & ownership documents
- Loan structuring & underwriting decisions
- Experience working on Encompass LOS
- Strong communication skills
Educational Qualification
- HSC or Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
Salary
Up to ₹8.5 LPA
- ₹62,800 in-hand
- ₹2,750 Monthly Incentive
- Travel Allowance:
o ₹3,500 (Both Ways)
o ₹1,750 (One Way)
Shift
- US Shift (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
- Rotational 9-hour shift
- Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Important Note
- SHL Assessment will be conducted at the our office in Bangalore or Hyderabad too.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
