Our expanding group includes brands and divisions such as CaterGold and HoReCaGold Wholesale. We are looking for confident, energetic, target-driven, and commercially aware Tele Sales & Business Development Executives based in Delhi NCR to support our growing UK operations.
Key Responsibilities
Tele Sales & Customer Development
- Contact potential and existing customers via:
o Phone calls
o WhatsApp
o Email
o LinkedIn
- Generate new business leads and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up quotations, inquiries, and customer requirements
- Promote company products, promotions, and campaigns
Business Development
o Wholesalers
o Retailers
o Restaurants
o Catering businesses
o Cash & carry customers
o Hospitality businesses
- Reactivate dormant customers
- Develop long-term customer relationships
- Support sales growth across multiple product categories
Sales Administration
- Prepare quotations and customer communications
- Maintain accurate CRM/customer records
- Update customer notes and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and management teams
Digital & Online Sales Support
- Support lead generation through:
o Social media
o Online research
o B2B platforms
o LinkedIn outreach
- Assist with e-commerce and online customer support where required
Skills & Requirements
Mandatory
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in:
o Tele sales
o Customer service
o Business development
o Sales coordination
- Previous experience working in fast-paced sales or customer service environments.
- Proven experience working towards sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions daily.
- Good computer literacy including:
o Microsoft Excel
o Emails
o CRM systems
o WhatsApp Business
Educational Requirements
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
o Business Administration
o Sales & Marketing
o Commerce
o Management
o Customer Relationship Management
o Or equivalent business qualification
Relevant practical sales and customer handling experience will be given higher importance than academic qualifications alone.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with UK or international customers
- Experience in wholesale/distribution businesses
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Understanding of hospitality, catering, retail, or FMCG sectors
- Experience handling e-commerce or online customer inquiries
