We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, or pending orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the concerned department.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
