Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller – Feedback to connect with customers after product delivery, collect feedback about their experience, maintain customer satisfaction records, and escalate any complaints or service-related issues to the concerned department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers to collect product and service feedback.
- Record customer responses accurately.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Escalate complaints to the concerned team.
- Prepare daily feedback reports.
- Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Polite and customer-friendly attitude.
- Good listening and data entry skills.
