ROLE SUMMARY
Lead end-to-end delivery of payment gateway and digital payment technology initiatives, ensuring timely, secure, scalable, and compliant execution across engineering, banking integrations, merchant onboarding, and backend administrative systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end delivery of payment gateway projects including UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, settlements, reconciliation, refunds, and merchant integrations.

Drive project planning, execution, release management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Compliance, Design, Banks, and external partners for successful delivery.

Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, SLAs, security, and regulatory compliance including PCI-DSS and RBI guidelines.

Oversee API integrations, production releases, UAT, certification, and go-live activities.

Monitor delivery KPIs, production stability, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead Agile/Scrum execution and manage cross-functional technical teams.

Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans.

Support platform scalability, high availability, and operational excellence for high-volume transaction systems.
