We are hiring an experienced CNC Programmer for a leading manufacturing company in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify CNC programs for machining operations
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters
- Optimize cycle time and improve machining efficiency
- Support production team during machine setup and trial runs
- Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of experience as CNC Programmer
- Knowledge in CNC Turning / VMC / HMC programming
- Experience in Fanuc / Siemens / Haas controllers preferred
- Good understanding of tooling and machining processes
- Ability to handle production independently
