Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding Regular B.Tech programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Guide students through the admission process and eligibility criteria.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Experience in admissions, education counselling, telesales, or inside sales is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Job Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: A-18, Sector 59, 2nd Floor, Noida
- Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience)
