We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with expertise in Revenue Cloud (CPQ) to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading a team of consultants to bridge the gap between client business processes and Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to tailor solutions that align with client needs while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Revenue Cloud Consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Salesforce Revenue Cloud needs.

Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions, focusing on CPQ and RCA.

Provide expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and potential limitations, especially within Revenue Cloud modules.

Design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating benefits and strategic fit.

Collaborate with Salesforce developers and IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.

Oversee customization and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and RCA to meet client specifications.

Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications.

Stay current with Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.

Build internal Go-To-Market (GTM) accelerators for Revenue Cloud.

Requirements & Competencies:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Team Leader managing a group of individual contributors.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and documentation, particularly with Revenue Cloud.
