Interior Designer – Residential Interiors
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional and aesthetically appealing residential spaces. The ideal candidate should be passionate about interior design, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of understanding client requirements while delivering innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Prepare space planning, concept designs, and layout proposals.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using design software.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Present design concepts and quotations to clients.
- Coordinate with the project execution and installation teams.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed as planned.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and design records.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Strong creativity, visualization, and space planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
