Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and supporting hotel IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, PMS, and guest-facing technology services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Maintain hotel PMS, POS, billing, and reservation systems
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, and connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT equipment
- Monitor system security, backups, and software updates
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and support
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Experience with hotel PMS (IDS, Opera, etc.) preferred
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–5 years experience in IT support, preferably in hotels
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
